β β β β β Only 1 counter is available and it takes forever to get things done. Are you kidding me? I understand it is non peak period but it is not helping to only have 1 counter working. The rest of the staff were just taking their own sweet time. It took forever to finish whatever the customer needed and the queue was long. This is not acceptable!
