★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service of this outlet is excellent. I was entertained by Cik Rahimah pertaining to my refund check recently. Her way of providing the necessary assistance to me is very much satisfied as compared to Otomobil City Shah Alam outlet. I really had a disheartening experience with a lady staff frm the credit department of Otomobil city shah alam outlet due to her rude communication. Top mgt should reward the exemplary staff and take action on the rude staff as this bad attitude staff is not worth to be retained thus jeopardise company image as well as violating the company's client/customer charter.

I don't understand how hard it is to come up with a simple checklist of all documents needed to open a savings account. Really, all I ever wanted was to have another account but these folks clearly had other ideas...
They tossed me up and down, requested different documents every single time I stepped foot in their office.
Now you'd think after providing them with all the documents they'd be a little helpful, wrong! When they run out of excuses, they then tell me I just can't open up an account with them.
If only you had told me this right out of the gate.
Typical waste of time (1 whole week) and if you can, just try other banks...
I've been using CIMB and Maybank for 8 years and never had to go through this.
Public Bank, Bukit Damansara is a sheer disgrace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking customer service experience when I was there. Lunch time and there was only one CS staff while there were many behind the counter, some just chatting away! I had to wait for an hour before I started to complain and someone from behind the counter came out to attend to me. He was obviously not an experienced CS staff as he had to follow the instructions from the one and only CS staff who was serving another Client on what forms to use and how to complete these forms. I was there on Aug 7 and as of today I found out that my instructions have yet to be carried out!
