Worst of the worst, if there is a champion or ranking of the worst, this branch definitely deserved a Champion. Waiting outside 2 hours for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed and poor service. Call to the bank for car loan department but they don't bother to transfer and ask you to call another number, when i call another number, no body pick up for 2 min.
i recall, they gave me another phone number (without internal transfer even in the same building), and 1 girl pick up, voice looks tired and unfriendly....by saying " No ...you have to personally come to our bank, call in is not allow.
This is call " Services"? Do you know if every PEN customers has to drop by your bank, do you think got any parking slots in town area? Now is IoT Era, still need to meet face to face and go personally to bank?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. No phone etiquete at all. Call the branch for loan balance enquiry and the person who picked up the phone didnt even listen to full sentence. Just said call this number. Please learn from other banks on how to provide good service.
