★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, avoid this branch if you can - they follow strange rules that other branches have no awareness of - simplest task like depositing an FD cheque turned into an interrogation. Try Bangsar, so much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ System always down..staff give wrong info..very slow service..staff asked to come on Saturday for replacement card 9.30 - 4pm but reached there around 1pm it's closed. Guard said opens at 2pm. No notice about closing for lunch hour. Customer service staff having nice time in office while we waited outside for an hour to open. Is this government office? It's not easy to find parking there too plus have to pay. What kind of service for elderly people and pregnant ladies...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is standard like any other Bank. I see people complaining of operational hours change but never understand that it's our worst time now due to the pandemic. Most banks are only operating for half a day. I can understand why they are 'interrogating' customer as the bank has closed many times due to covid. It's just to keep everyone safe. If not required, you can't enter the bank. But one question, why the hell is there a long queue almost everyday at this branch? Do you really need to? Stay safe!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst slow service of Public Bank branch in KL area, take advice don't try to come this Cheras Connaught branch, it not worth to waste long time to wait outside just 4 peoples turn need more than 45min.. OMG, WHAT KIND THE BANK SERVICE HERE??!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to open saving account or current account dont ever come here . They may think you are criminal or druglord . Ask tons of info and documents eventhough my address is staying near by (in cheras as well) and end up refuse to open for you . End up i went to taman midah branch they settle my account is less than 10 minutes . This branch waiting to close down .
