โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience. Wanted to update phone number for PMO but only 1 kiosk available which was being occupied by another person. Few staff inside the area are laughing and joking loudly. Ask one of them for help but she pointed to the kiosk without speaking. If you are serious about PMO and want you customer to use kiosk for PMO transaction then please make sure you install more units of kiosk and make the kiosk available off office hours. Wasting time occupying 2 shop unit but with only 1 kiosk for customer convenience.

โ โ โ โ โ Agree.. this branch Customer service very poor. Only 1 counter open n person in charge not bothered to serve. Customer seated at counter filling forms after forms...whilst she nonchalantly going about not concerned w other customers waiting.!! Frustrating!!

โ โ โ โ โ If I can submit zero star, i would. Very disappointing experience with the service counter for this branch. Expecting better service from a very popular fund house. Public Bank, u really have to improve your customer service or customers will go to your competitor who are much cheaper in fee! The minute I sit and explain on my intention of visit, the counter lady just acted like a robot, ignored my query, asked for my IC and print my statement which is totally irrelevant and not the purpose of my visit, i did not request for a statement which i can access online anytime easily! In the end, my query was simply replied with information that is inconsistent and rather illogical and she seems not familiar with the terms and conditions of investors investment rights. In the end, I had to resort to contacting the head office.. Totally waste of time visiting this branch!
