โ โ โ โ โ Made a request on 16 Dec and now up to 26 Dec yet to receive any update - no response, no follow up. Call to call Center have to wait for 30 mins to get through the line. Really frustrated - keep on letting me know the branch has contacted me few times but unable to get me, but I only received one miss call from OCBC, then received Sms asking me to call back for details. When call back - they do not know anything? On my god...!!! nowadays international bank is so โprofessionalโ... such unbelievable...

โ โ โ โ โ My visits to this branch has been pleasant thus far. Mr Shum has been very professional and patient in his services. The operating hours during CMCO has been shortened, exactly like how it is reported in Google and does not do Saturday banking for now.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly quite unhappy with the service here. Signed up for a 360 account but staff keyed my phone number wrongly and i can't get my otp. Asked them to change and went there myself to sign a document to change my number but to no avail. Also signed for a savings plan with them but didnt didnt tell me initially that i have to deposit 2 months worth of deposit up front. Information communication is poor and service for resolving customer issue is poor. Hotline is pointless as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service. Delivery of document(despatch) need to take number. When i ask at the doc counter she said wait i dont know what doc is it. After a while waiting the same person from the same counter calls my number. Hell to your customer service. Counter 6( 1st july 2021 10.45am).

โ โ โ โ โ This Branch was good. But now is very bad. Terrible experience to deal with them. I do settlement of house loan, they leave my case idle for 1 month without update my ccris. I showing my interest to apply morgage loan to them, the appointed banker didnt follow up at all, I havent even submit my application....

โ โ โ โ โ My experience there is no point you being the premium coustumer for OCBC cos you have no Personal Bank Assistant to really assist you.
I all the time have no idea, who is my Personal Bank Assistant. Because they keep changing, most of them resign....the bank could not really get you the same person last for 6 months.
Everytime they will sent you whatapps told you they resign from OCBC bank.......but you never get any new replacement to contact you.
I am premium customer. But there is no car park for premium customer left, even I whatapps my Personal Bank Assistant (after the old person left for 1 year plus, I just know who is my personal bank assistant) before I arrive 15 minutes.
During MCO even wrost. I still need to q outside under the sun because i need to join the normal customer q. I try to whatapps the photo I took to show I was under the sun outside the bank because guard won't let me in, even the inside got so many space left and there is still the remark q line left on the floor inside.
The gurad ased me to remove the photo, cos I was not allow to take the picture inside of the bank. Sorry did you see I was outside under the sun.
The only advantage of being OCBC costomer that can say is their TT rate us the best among all. However for this you doen't have to be premium costomer, if they still treat you like regular costomer isn't it?

โ โ โ โ โ Waited 4 hours for the employees to process a credit card application, extremely SLOW and ignorant. Gave feedbacks on the spot as we waited for a very long time, staff smiled and said" you may give your feedbacks later". Waited another 2 months for them to revert to me that application was unsuccessful due to min age requirement, how poorly trained the staffs are that they are not even clear about their own procedures, you could have told me on the spot without wasting all of our time.
