β β β β β Info for yachties: despite recommendations from others (including notes in Navionics) we were told we were not welcome to tie out dinghy to the jetty. Pretty mean considering it's barely used. It now makes getting to the Queensbay mall area difficult if you're using this anchorage.

β β β β β Such a sad sight, the SOP isn't implemented as everyone is hurdling to get to the ferry since there are tons of people wanting to go back but there is no numbering or queuing system in place. In the beginning we were so excited to go to the island but in the end we regretted coming here as the management to go back to the jetty was so bad. Bad experience. Fix the jetty management and maybe fhen only maybe we will come back.

β β β β β For the ferry serviceI I would give a negative star review if you give me the option. There is no system in place to manage the visitors wanting to return back to the main island. No registration, no queue lane and they expect everybody knows and give a hoot who was there first and who should board the ferry first. When crowd gagathers, you are asking for trouble. And the young and I presumed naive staff resorted to shouting and threatening people that no one is going to leave the island if the crowd didnt retreat and fall in line. One of the visitors then asked back which is non-existent line he was ttalking about. And in the end it became a shouting match. Just implement a simple system.... simple Γ±umbering system or just put up a simple queue line... with barb wire line if you like and do away with all this shouting matches.

β β β β β Crowded. Very long queue. PKPP so everybody take the chance to relax and chill out. It is who comes first basis. But if you book the jerejak island resort than you can go through the express lane

β β β β β I was going to Pulau Jerejak on 11/7/2020 at 8:30am(purchased ticket via online). But the staff told us that the boat will delay because of lack of staff and they let the tour group board the boat first because of they booked the resort(told by the jetty staff) instead of us that purchased online for 8:30am boat. I waited until 9am and the earlier boat that departing at 8:15am still not yet depart. So crowded here because of the super delay and inexperience of the staff. Wouln't recommend this destination!

β β β β β Bought ticket on 10.30am but delay.
Ticket counter not helpfull.
It just about cost.. wait until number of passanger to run boat trip.
Ticket RM22/adults (walk in) RM20 (online). Children RM16 (4-12 yrs)
Consider expensive for 10 minutes journey.
U need to book ticket at arrival jetty earlier at morning for earlier trip/before check out.
If not, u will get delay ticket after 2pm.
Transport management consider not efficient with the cost we pay.
Need alot of improvements.
