R	Ramesh Veeriah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough chair for sit.peoples sit all over the place.the place quite crowded n noisy..parking car place limited n most of the visitors got cheated by the unauthorised parking men.l paid on rm 80 for 2days n parked quite far away from jetty.the person in charge at night hardly to contact n most of them cheat us.be careful when somebody com n show you parking outside from the jetty.better to park your car nearby jetty.i really don't like the place with dirty environment n not systematic.no baggage service.very bad...

Before purchased the ticket, I comfirm w/ the person in charge of ticket counter that no trip will be added later (morning trip), so I purchased of 1:30 pm the earliest available ticket, but later the next day I check timetable on website, they added the morning trip at 10:00am. So I went back to the counter to ask the details, tell my side of story and want to change the ticket but CAN'T!!!! She said I need to purchase new ticket and resell the ticket that I bought to other person.TQ.
N	Nava K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are catching the ferry to Langkawi from Kuala Kedah, during weekends or public holidays? Be prepared for the long pushing queue and best will be to book the ticket ahead. Otherwise, tickets run out almost immediately. Despite the pushing and rushing, ferry ride was promising though a tiny bit of commotion because, the 40 of us couldn't initially identify our seats due to not so clear on seat numbering. Ferry ride? Of course if you seated near the windows, nice water view. Otherwise, you can close your eyes for a nap or watch the projected video. The shocker? Video not censored. The F word. Having said that, nothing nor I will complain about.

Ferry tickets counter selling tickets. Lots of car parking available. Sincere & honest simple Pak Man +6017 435 4806 offers secured, covered & locked car park @ rm10/day (slightly higher during peak period). Limited space as he is high demand. Short 5 minutes away to ferry terminal.
C	Chin Kean Shiung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beware and be careful when parking overnight at any of the private car parks there. i had my car tyre slashed in a location that cannot be patched during my only visit. to cut the long story short, conveniently, i was directed to a car tyre workshop closeby. of course I didn't go there.....

Being asked to park at the private parking (a bit distance from jetty) then charge with the same rate as near by parking with additional fees of RM15 just to give a return ride (with motorcycle) the driver from parking venue to jetty.
