Update: I sent a phone and laptop to be repaired, they took some time to check and inform me of the costs
Phone needed to change battery and LCD, had some other issues but it worked well
Laptop needed the battery to be changed and a new charger. Was only told afterward that there’s some water damage and it might need motherboard to be cleaned cost about RM800. After doing all this and formatting it couldn’t charge. They then suggested to add in (minimum) 750 to repair it
I asked them if they can take back the battery and the charger ( I mean why would I buy a charger and battery for a laptop that can’t be charged) they refused....
Other things I noted, whatever price the technician quoted was increased after they discussed with their boss....
Anyway, I used to send phones, iPads and other apple products to your shop and I recommend you to friends. Never again...
