โ โ โ โ โ nice place & suitable for honeymoon also. but just be careful when you come here at night cause the main road to go in and out here no street light and the entrance is not really visible. they need to put up entrance signage really big so people can see.

โ โ โ โ โ Just an hour from bustling KL is a jewel called 'Puncak Rimba.'
The temperature instantly drops as does one's BP, as soon as we step into the buggy to ferry us to our villas.
In total, there are seven large sprawling tradional villas over 12 acres of lush greenery with some 300 durian trees amongst various other fruit orchards. Take one villa or rent them!
Each large villa has a large jacuzzi
and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette.
Yes you can cook till your hearts content or request with advance notice to have meals prepared for you.
The complimentary Nasi Lemak breakfast is true Malaysian hospitality at it's best!
The evenings are especially cool as the night falls and although the villas are not air-conditioned, each villa's living space is remains airy with high ceilings, good cross ventilation and adequate ceiling fans.
Top that off with a private waterfall a short hike away (have you seen the instagramable pictures?) and glorious infinity pool set admist a tropical forest, ALL at your disposal.
The resort is run by friendly and accomodating staff who discreetly keep a distance in the background but are immediately on hand and happy to oblige when needed.
So much thought and planning has gone into this resort, it is not unusual the venue is a popular choice for outdoor weddings!
"Home" could quite easily be here at Puncak Rimba where nature and thoughtful touches combine for the perfect staycation.

โ โ โ โ โ Did a last minute booking via AirBnB, was lucky there's a room available for one night - Villa Begawan. Didn't expect much, just looking forward to a quick getaway surrounded by nature.
But OMG, this place blew me away. I LOVE the room, the river, the pool, friendly staffs... Too bad I only booked for one night.
I will definitely visit this place again, and would recommend this to anyone looking to have a quiet break and enjoy nature.

โ โ โ โ โ The property is undulated and sprawled with a few large houses for rent each suitable for a wedding venue or a small group reunion-getaway kinda thing. About a two hour drive from KL with the usual traffic jam; recommended to stay 1 night & to check out the private stream flowing through the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating. โThe Annexโ where we stayed was a bit dark and would benefit from more light installations, a dryer for wet clothes and a bit more general maintenance. Was pleasantly surprised to find hot water flowing well from showers and sink taps. Pinto Coffee and Bees Cafe about half an hours drive serves good food if you donโt want to cook and were too late to book lunch at Embun!

โ โ โ โ โ Just 45 minutes away from KL this family run retreat is quaint, beautiful and just what anyone needs for a little escape in the wilderness but in a comfortable way. The views are glorious, the breeze so cool and the preservation of Malay culture within nature is spot on. Bring your own food and drink as every villa has its own little kitchen equip with a fridge, stove, microwave and dining area. It was built to encourage family living and I can't wait to go back.

โ โ โ โ โ Peaceful place to unwind and to stay close to nature. The villa is well equipped with basic necessities, including oven, stove and fridge. Only breakfast is provided. All guests are requjre to perform covid test prior to arrival. Pak Noor has been helpful in getting us to settle down and attend to our needs whenever we ring him. The villa and the surrounding landscape is well maintained despite the long closure during the MCO.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked via Airbnb. Not too far from KL. Came with family but the accommodation is more suited for couples. They only had 1 huge double bed upstairs with open bathroom. Additional beds are literally very thin mattresses. 1 night is enough to enjoy the space. Huge compound though and nice swimming pool.
