★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful resort.. clean environment, clean pool... Rooms seems to be recently renovated. However, limited choices of food.. there was only one restaurant to dine in at the resort - La Vie... Was so-so... Breakfast spread was okay... Refreshing welcome drinks were given upon arrival...
The food options at Colmar tropicals was hopeless...
I wonder why none of the restaurants serve/sell alcohol... Not even the at the resort...
Still,the stay at the resort was worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is so beautiful, scenery are exceptional. The castle view at night is superb and definitely instaworthy. The only drawback is that I hope they can improve on their breakfast menu. Overall, it is worth staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have a lot of fun with 2 kids below 5-year-old in the jacuzzi suite. the weather was drizzling rain in the afternoon and sunny in the morning, jz perfect for us to unwind, with the nature sounds of birds n breathtaking views. the food was great and the staffs were friendly. thanks for allowing the extended 1 hour check out on weekday, the kids has more sufficient time in jacuzzi n bath tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet resort with excellent service and decent food. Perfect for those who just want to relax and enjoy the pool & spa as there is nothing much to do in the surrounding area. Prices are on the higher side so I wouldn't spend too many nights here. Would definitely return again for a 1 night stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing with the hotel. Check-in was so slow and we were the only guests at the counter. We had paid for the 2 nights before arrival but the front office mentioned that only charged for 1 night, showed them the message from the bank on the amount charged. They then had to check with their reservation colleagues on the phone. We were then informed that the 2 nights were reversed and needed to be charged again! The room was acceptable but half the channels on TV were not available. 1 bottle of mineral water in the room for 2 guests? Requested for additional bottle but was told its 'policy'. The icing was on the 2nd day....we left the room at 9am for breakfast and spent the whole afternoon outside to return close to 5.30pm. Housekeeping still has not cleaned the room. Noticed them cleaning another room a few doors away and informed them since it's late, there is no need to clean our room but just change our towels. The staff told us that there are no towels available to give us!!! Will NEVER visit this pathetic hotel again and never recommend it to anyone. The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet....reasonable spread of food variety. So

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place and well maintained in spite of the pandemic. This hotel has one of the best hospitality staff who are always very cheerful and accommodating. Perfect for someone who enjoys a quiet and relaxing getaway. Special mention to Loovi who made us feel very welcomed. Kudos to him and his team.
Understandably most restaurants are closed due to staffing issues post-pandemic but I hope that comes back with time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't spend a night here, we just book the meeting room for a workshop. Breakfast was nothing special but lunch were great, and the coffee break meals were excellent. Coffee was great as well.
The building is beautiful and well maintained. It has a beautiful surroundings, cool and breezy; not cold, perhaps at night it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to wind down & forget the city. Its not busy with guests so it was peaceful & relaxing. Comfortable room but some parts were looking tired. Overall experience still great and I enjoyed the food. Would love to come back again.
