β β β β β Overall it was good. Perfect staycation for family, BUT not for young people. We could hear clearly from the upstairs room 'party noisy' activities during midnight. Disturbing screams & running here and there in the room during midnight. It lasted for almost 1 hour plus. I think management needs to improve on how to handle all these awful situations.

β β β β β The resort has good view , scenery and good exterior but thatβs the only thing thatβs good about here. Hotpot was served during dinner but the kombu soup base has no taste. Given a 5 stars hotel price, the food quality is really quite bad I would say. The food quality should definitely be improved, because it doesnβt fit the price point. I would say here is overrated and tbh this is not a place that I would recommend for friends unless youβre a family really looking for some quality time. Will recommend to maintain the water quality in swimming pool, it looks kinda greenish. The is a place that suitable for kids with family and for groups that already have event planned on themselves.

β β β β β A very quiet and lovely place for those seeking short break from the city. The rooms are 5 star equipped and new. The mini zoo and 3 ponds are spaciously built. Animal feeds are provided for the children to enjoy feeding the animals and fishes.
Only this place serve pork so Muslim are not recommended.

β β β β β Excellent place for a weekend getaway with aging parents/ young families with children. Calming ambiance and nice cooling weather, with amazing farm to table hotpot for dinner. One night would suffice as it is a very small and remote area

- Nice architecture with cozy ambience
- Excellent scenery with fresh air
- Comfy chair in the balcony. Can spend whole night sitting there without feeling uncomfortable.
Cons:-
- The quality of shower gel and shampoo provided is worse than usual hotels/resorts. Bring your own toiletries. Don't rely on theirs.
- Tried out their tea time. With that amount and quality, it should be included in our room rate instead of paying separately.
- Dinner and breakfast taste okay, but as mentioned by other reviewers, with the price that we paid, we should be served with something better.
- Please set pool open hours! My friend and I got awakened by the kids from other family at 7.30am!!

β β β β β The room was clean and the staff were attentive. Giving it 4 stars because of the breakfast that was served. For the price we paid, one would expect a heartier breakfast. The resort was fully booked when we were there so the kitchen had a little diffculty coping with the volume.

β β β β β Will revisit again someday. A great place go be with nature. Very good for kids & family. We like it cos it comes with meals, makes it easy. Did not need to worry about breakfast & dinner. As a coffee drinker, I am happy that they serve good coffee and I got my fix. During weekends, they do have things that you can have for tea time too.
Too bad this trip it rained a lot. So, the time we had to do outdoor activities was limited.
The room is clean. The amenities provided is good. It was a good trip, would have been more enjoyable if we stayed 2 nights instead, not so rush. Worth coming back again.

β β β β β Clean and comfortable. A place which suitable for a rest during weekend. The swimming pool is clean and the food prepared is nice too. This is also suitable for a family with children. There is a playroom for children and karaoke room which need to make a booking while check in. Overall, my friends and I really have a good time hereβ€οΈβ€οΈ. Thanks to all friendly staffs, too.
