★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all good except guard from bangladesh, nepal, myanmar that feel they're good enough to scold residents here when asking them to open the gate to fetch passenger at lobby lot area . very rude behaviour they're. I think condo management should take care of this matter or else bad thing happen in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I'm a food delivery since you are not allow riders to deliver to the door step and just allow at the lobby to pick up the food why don't you guys just put 1 or 2 table for deliver boy left their food at the the table.all the condos and apartment s are doing so why don't you guys think about it there some resident are not free at that time to come pick up their food..tq so much pls consider it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there often as I know a couple people who live there. The place is a little old, but seems like it is maintained. The units are spacious, much more so than in the neighbouring condos. The security is also friendly, there's an indian security guard with a long moustache who is very friendly and helpful. The price of units has come down to under 400k over the past year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for 3 years , 1st time online purchase and sent to this address coz MCO Imma 24hr at this place , but guess what my parcel was gone ??? Why want to steal others people parcel ? Even my food delivery also can be steal ,that’s only 5mins away from my block to lobby ,but still kena steal ,ridiculous resident here (I mean some ,not all )
