1) Security Guard:
We have access card to open the glass door but most of the time Security Guard did not scan the glass door instead they forcefully open the glass door! then recently I saw few residents did the same thing but Security Guard did NOTHING!!! This is unacceptable
2) Elevator / Lift:
Never fixed permanently. Every time we have to wait for 1 or maybe 2 lift to use. But there is one lift never fix!
3) Hygiene:
Everyday, cleaner will collect the rubbish / trash. After that they did not clean the lift and it smells so bad! PLEASE CLEAN THE LIFT / ELEVATOR AFTER COLLECTING THE RUBBISH!!!!
