★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abah aku pernah mengadu, staff tak mesra. Senyum pun tak, cakap terima kasih pun staf senyap je. Aku positif je la, mungkin org tua sensitif. Tapi bila aku kena sendiri, fuh berapi je rasa kita bagi salam ucap terima kasih dia senyap je. Kalau sorang je macam tu aku okay je. Ni tiga-tiga sama. Bukan setakat senyum, aku bagi salam, ucap terima kasih pun tak dilayan. Btw, aku orang 1st tau pagi tu. Appointment aku patutnya pukul 10 lebih tapi saja datang awal. Pun lambat juga selesai urusan. Apa boleh buat, bagi rating kat google review je lah mampu. Hahahaha
Abah I once complained, the staff is not friendly. No smile, say thank you, the staff is silent. I'm positive, maybe parents are sensitive. But when I hit myself, fuh berapi je rasa kita for greetings say thank you he is silent je. If I'm like that, I'm okay. It's the same three. Not only a smile, I greet, thank you are not served. Btw, I was the 1st person to know that morning. My appointment was supposed to be at 10 o'clock but it just came early. It's too late to finish the business. What can I do, for a rating on a google review, I can afford it. Hahahaha

Friday I come on 9am+, but seems like only one counter available for individual tax matter. Only total 4 customers that day. It took me 20mins just to get tax pin number....
