โ โ โ โ โ Jawab acuh tak acuh. Customer service lelaki yang angkat. Minta jasa baik tuan, beri perhatian bila customer call. Pelanggan tak habis cakap dah letak. Lebih elok tak perlu letak customer service. Ini masalah bila syarikat yang tiada pesaing. Sikap acuh tak acuh kepada pelanggan.
Answer indifferently. Customer service man picked up. Ask for good service sir, pay attention when customer call. Customers are not finished talking, they have left. Better not have customer service. This is a problem when the company has no competitors. Indifference to customers.

Sey nk bertanya sket la.. berkaitan dgn perkhidmatan air ni..lokasi kampung jumbang sri menanti k.pilah...sey pun tk Pahamlah..mcmmano dan apo masaalah air kek sini ..loji sikai ni main peranan ko tak .. sebulan sampai 2-3 report yg telah sudah...naik muak la...pasal air ni ..balik Kojo potang tkdo air...kdg MLM takdo ..mcm main catur air plak ..bilo ado..kocik Yo air ei...nk basuh baju pun air tk naik dlm Mesen...apo Namo eii ni...dari tahun 2019 bilo Tanyo..lopeh ni semua paip tukar baru.. pembentungan tukar baru takkan ado masaalah lai..lopeh ni...sampai 2022..makin teruk plak...adoii

"I'm working alone today, so I'll change my name today. You can go somewhere else or come another day." 2 p.m. The customer assistance police come early, make a satisfied face.

โ โ โ โ โ Don't expect this a call center. Call is answered in a room with echo where you can hear their colleagues discussing about where to eat at lunch, someone shouting "Alamak!" in the background, and I can't really listen to what the agent was speaking, and he couldn't really hear me so I needed to raise my voice. And then he thought I was being arrogant and raised his voice even higher pulak. *Face palm* To sum up, rude!
