★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Mr. Rick Kee, Jason and Ms. Tan for being helpful and understanding in exchanging a new freezer after being played around by the manufacturer and their technician.
Bought a Skyworth freezer and it broke down after only 1 day of use. Called Skyworth's customer service and it was near impossible for them to answer. Only managed to lodged a complaint after 3 days of calling and was told to follow up with their technician at Kedai Elektrik Cheah.
This shop has horrible service with sarcastic answers by the staff. Technician did not bothered to answer or return calls. Both the office and technician simply tai chi and passing the ball back and forth and left us hanging. In the end, their answer was its not their fault the freezer broke down and they only follow procedure and told us to wait indefinitely for them to call us back.
Mr. Jason was kind enough to delivered the new freezer urgently and will surely buy from them again but shall avoid Skyworth brand like Covid.
