12.00pm-1.00pm is the break time? I haven't received guests for nearly 30 minutes, and parking is not easy to find. It's a waste of my time.

โ โ โ โ โ Apply for loan statement almost a week. Officer said will contact on last Friday but no news. Contact the call center and ask to wait for a call. Really hard to get customer support. At last a malay staff azrul called me to resolve the matter. At least they did damage control. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst bank in kajang, service very slow, bank officer non stop chatting, make customer long time waiting, feel disappointed with this bank. I'm going there increase my direct debit value on Feb for insurance payment, now (March) when I make phone call to ask for the amount transfer isit up to date, still same with the previous one, your customer service officer no update to system, now my insurance still got outstanding..... waste my leave and time go and waiting there more than half and hour and get nothing. You thought all ppl very free isit. Better ask and train all you staff be careful and pay more attention to do their job properly. Don't only chatting there
