β β β β β bad servis..tunggu punya lama nak vaksin...dr pkl 11.30 sampai pkl 1.30 baru siap..hampeh tul..
patutnya kalau betul nak bg servis vaksin buat la betul2 pastu kat appoiment tu kata 11-12..ni terlebih2 masa delay dia

β β β β β Layanan kurang memuaskan dari doktor sendiri. Pengalaman saya, saya minta doktor uruskan GL dan surat rujukan hospital under medical panel. Boleh dia ckp, saya bukan office awak!better cari klinik lain la, klinik ni dah boleh tutup
The service was less than satisfactory from the doctor himself. In my experience, I ask doctors to manage GL and hospital referral letters under medical panel. Can he ckp, I'm not your office! Better find another clinic, this clinic can be closed

β β β β β Nurse layan patient teruk. Tak mesra. Suami dr layan patient warga emas sgt kurang ajar. Kesian tengok yang amik booster tu. Dia hoi2 kan je. Lepastu dr layan patient nak tak nak. Dengan muka2 sbb dah penat layan yg amik booster. Kami bayar bukan nak dapatkan servis teruk macam ni. Mahal tak berbaloi dengan layanan mcm ni. Kalau rasa2 nak amik servis booster, tak payah amik patient lain. Kau layan macam apa je. 1st and last dtg n jumpa klinik teruk
The nurse treated the patient badly. So friendly. Husband dr serving elderly patient sgt rude. Sorry to see that booster amik. Dia hoi2 kan je. After serving the patient, I don't want to. With those faces, I'm tired of the booster friendly service. We pay not to get bad service like this. Expensive not worth it with this mcm service. If you want to befriend the booster service, you don't have to befriend other patients. What kind of service are you? 1st and last dtg n see a bad clinic

β β β β β Dr very good, nice and professional. Treat the patient very knowledgeable. Only the nurse still need more training and practice. Then the service will become more better.?

β β β β β Dr Rosnani was very friendly. She was being our family medical doctor since my first child. Now my child is 8. Dr. Rosnani also give consultation through phone when I not able to go to her clinic or during odd hour. Best doctor ever.

β β β β β Dr rosnani is a good and friendly doctor. I went to the clinic for monthly check up during my pregnancy. But I got issues with one of the nurse. Make sure u atleast smile to the nurse no matter how much in pain u are, otherwise she'll start to give the snarky look and exchanging gossip with other nurses each time u come by. It was the patient needed to be friendly, not the nurse.
I never visited the clinic again since we got a miscommunication regarding our panel. Instead of admitting her mistake, she just make a face and arrogantly said that's usually how they do it. That was my last visit.
