★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs proper signage, I was totally lost.. had no idea where to go. Luckily there was a Chinese uncle who guided me to show my documents, e-appointment slip and take queue number. From my perspective the people that visit this place are agents from car dealers. They come here frequently and mingle with the staffs.
During inspection of my old kelisa, the inspection personnels refused to move my car and asked me to move it to the next part of inspection. Whereas for the car behind me which was a BMW X5, they sat in there happily inspecting and test drived it. Double standards eh?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue is unavoidable, with so many vehicle type awaiting inspection. Guys there doing good job at inspection. Being a newbie, runing in out of my car, worried payment not done. Only to learn that only car reached almost inspection point then only can make payment. Wah, lesson learnt today. Hope next visit , no problem with online booking. Syabas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on last day before CNY, the process is fluidity, the staff were courteous and the waiting area is air-conditioned.
Im checking my bike to renew roadtax expired more than 36 month.
Firstly, no walk in will be entertained..all inspection must be book under MyPuspakom apps. Easy peasy process. Then on the said date, bring ur VOC (vehicle ownership cert) and license. Staff at counter will help u with the rest..
Get the temporary travel permit to avoid saman on the way to puspakom?
