★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live, it has good maintenance, a warning alarm incase of any severe problem, a well-maintained swimming pool, a cafe which sells food and daily necessities, gym, tennis court and two squash halls. There is also a drink machine where you can buy drinks like super cheap, even cheaper than kedai runcit.
The only downside is there is no parking for visitors. That's all.
