โ โ โ โ โ Security could be tighter (main entrance and entrance to each block). Overall is nice to stay and peaceful. Some recent ongoing construction work nearby so kind of noisy. There's a good bakery shop down the condominium next to swimming pool area. Variety of daily fresh baked toast.

โ โ โ โ โ Revisited this place years after it was first opened... It's more lively with lots of college crowd. I particularly like the multi-tier security feature where access card is required to access main gate and lobby area. They should consider access card in the lift.
Generally a good place to live in for students (near by college) and working adults.

The gangster with motorcycle stick to my car back to pass the gate and commit a crime. I find the guard in the guard house for help, Security guards are slow to respond.

especially their guards' attitude and service very very bad!
I've never hated a guard so much. this is very bad experience and I never want to set foot in this nb condo again๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ???

โ โ โ โ โ Overall not bad places to stay security good. Lobby have Air Con and information are updated. The only problem is the lift very slow when peak hour.
