โ โ โ โ โ This condominium is lack of security. Not like PV13, every floor every corner are secured by cctv. The main gate also does not required access card to enter right now.

โ โ โ โ โ Your security very rude, my 6th time coming here because i want to make a delivery, and always same. Very rude and keep talking with his friends and sometimes play with phone, and ignore visitors who want to come, jammed because of long queues. Your security also dont have manner, one hands up lean on wall and chew gum while talking to people.

Not allow grab rider to drop off because we are carry not alot thing at hand.. He ask us to drop outside and the way he talk to us like gengster by the way we are talking to him nicely but the way he treat us like not respect! I dint not mark down his name but he is on duty 11/07/2020 night shift

โ โ โ โ โ A well-planned, clean and well managed condominium. Ample carparks and open spaces. Good security. Close to shops and bus stops. Surprisingly quiet except for the row of units facing the main road. Management office staff very friendly and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Crowded residential condo with easy access to most of the amenities.
Hospital, primary and secondary school, numbers of restaurants and education center, supermarket within 200m.
High density is one of the headache when need to wait for lift.

โ โ โ โ โ Really bad management as all the securities were not well-trained and not even knew what is the basic manner to everybody. Raised voice to blame visitor did not park at the parking lot stated on the card when resident was complained that the parking lot was occupied by other car.
By not being informed need to park accordingly and no clear direction from securities where was the parking area for visitor, how were they expecting the first time visitor knew the management rules? Or they were expecting visitor can see the almost faded number on the parking lot? Or they were expecting visitor to find the number by themselves one by one?
Come on lah! We didn't not expect how good is their customer service skills but at least they should have basic manners by handling these kind of issues. Well, since I'm not the only one who gave bad review so I believe the management won't take any action to improve their people.
So conclusion is if you want to go or stay at this building, just be prepared you will be treated like this all the time.
