โ โ โ โ โ The facilities such as the pool and gym are quite small and the gym is not that equipped with the latest and greatest equipment. There is a convenience store and a self service laundry shop. There are also two small "stalls" a mamak stall and a malay stall. However their operating hours are not fixed. Limited parking outside for those who don't want to spend the money to buy a parking pass.

โ โ โ โ โ Used to be a good place to stay, now the lifts are slow & rundown, at certain times only 2-3 lifts are working, high density place as they took in many university student in early 2022, students are very noisy at facilities area, the management good only at one thing, which is collecting payment, inconvenient place for students while we have a lot of new condo beside taruc only, avoid at all cost

โ โ โ โ โ Don't live here as a student or a residence. The environment is very noisy. Mostly Malays and a lot of undiscipline kids screaming running, playing fireworks at sleeping hours and sometime during midday out of nowhere. Management is useless, only know how to collect payment, won't investigate if there is complaint/issues. Just plain lazy.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely terrible for students for my experience. Management plain lazy, only knows how to collect payment. 4 lifts but it's soo slow. Environment wise is extremely noisy. It's as bad as the flat nearby Teratai. Taruc should remove teratai residensi from it's list because it's just terrible. Please stay somewhere else like pv18 even though it isn't convenient.
