โ โ โ โ โ This condominium has to wing A & B. These are called blocks. This condo 5 storied parking facility and have guest parking facility around the condo in own Territory. Like many other condo this condo has a grocery shop, barber shop, restaurant's & and day care centre in the ground floor of the condominium. Most of the corner of the building is under CC camera coverage and also this place are covered with a moving petrol of guards in every hour. Swimming pool in the ground floor, the swimming pool has three part - Zac Cosi, adult pool and children's pool. It also have bathroom facility just beside the swimming pool & wash room. Gymnasium and children's park is situated in the fifth floor. What does Hayley secured and always take care by a security guard. Fifth floor is usually open at 7 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. boat lift lobby has 4 standby lift. For moving house hold things & heavy equipment and materials there is also left in the back side of each block. There is two stair case in each building. Each building is 25th stories. Each floor has 19 unit. On an average flat size is around 1250 square metre. There is a garbage chute in every floor. Generator facility and water facility is an uninterrupted.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice place comfortable to any family and students also not expensive have two restaurants Supermarket Landry furniture shop and hire cut style and in front off the block have 7 eleven supermarket and many of restaurants and have also Gaint hayper market with many of Arabic Restaurant in pv 128 front of the main street and playing aria to close to the main gate
