★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a clothes from paradigm outlet this afternoon. Wanted to have a simple wash before wear it for the first time. Just put it into plain water for a second then the water immediately become red and the white part also got the red stained. I want to ask how to do, or can i exchange the other clothes? but i couldnt find a contact number also.

just a bit sad there is only 1 fitting room, that's not enough for the amount of shirts that you REALLY WANT TO TRY OUT, but i think people are general excited to try on more so they came out quite fast too, still better if we had more rooms. :D
the cashiers were very polite, i'm not that kind of person who liked staffs following me around but i still feel they were giving me the attention when i needed it. They did try to keep the store neat instead of just sitting there doing nothing, they looked like nice workers respecting their job. Makes me feel respected too. :)
For the first time i didn't have to look at the price tag before paying attention to the details of the clothes, because the clothes looked nice, and the price is within safe zone. It's not one of those self-claimed good quality (but you have to take extra care during washing and drying) generic looking, stiff material T-shirts that easily cost you a week or 2's petrol cost.
please keep up the good work, the society needs good competitors in the fashion field.
