I just can't imagine how ur front counter staffs can hv a conversation between each other talking abt other patient's illness (which shud be confidential in any medical cond tht may include psy related) in front of others? Seriously not ethical and very not professional. And very rude when people ask question. UR SERVICE AND STAFF ARE BAD AND LOW QUALITY. Guess u better change ur clinic name.

Two staffs at the counter, one was ok. Another was not so professional.
Doctor was a bit off. I asked politely, an honest question on how to apply the medicine, raised his voice instead.
Clinic was damp and gloomy. I’d definitely not recommend this clinic and it’s staff.
Might be the lowest rated Qualitas Health clinic there is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been coming here since the founder's time / Dr.anis for over 30+ years. But now the service is very poor. The doctor and nurse is not friendly. Really need to call to check who is the doctor on duty. They dont take time to explain anything to the patient/family nor do they consider if the patient is in pain during treatment.
When asked if there is no injection they can give coz my mom was in pain after they cleaned her wound, the nurse can ask me what injection i want? If im a doctor i could have prescribed treatment for my mom and wouldnt need to go to this clinic for their poor service.
Please take time to explain what kind of treatment option available or not available rather than treating patient poorly/rudely. We are not paying rm1 for the service. Infact goverment clinic with no charge for warga emas gives better service than this. Time to look for other family clinic. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was really bad. Firstly, they did not let anyone in the doctor's room except the patient because of some SOP. I can understand this but the patient here have some special condition and special needs. The patient, who have an OKU card, is diagnosed with severe dyslexia and affect the memory. The patient also is diagnosed with severe social anxiety and they do not recognize this at all. The staff did not even care to ask more about the patient condition and just close the door and not letting the patient's guardian in. This patient is an adult but need an adult guardian because of the special conditions.
As soon as the doctor see the patient, the doctor rushed the patient in asking about the condition, medical history and in diagnosing the patient. When the patient have some troubles answering some questions, the doctor even INSULTED the patient's mental health condition. Are you even a doctor? Have you ever heard the word mental health? Or you are just a type of doctor who just care about physical health and denying the existence of mental health? When the patient was so anxious and were asking to get the guardian, the doctor do not allow it and keep saying things that make the axiety worse. The patient were even crying after leaving the doctor's room for some time before getting calm again. This experience have left some trauma to the patient's mental health and this could have been prevented if the staff were all aware of mental health.
Management, please take action regarding this issue so that no one will have to go through this in the future. It is just sad and shameful for modern medical staff to act like this. Make a change.
