I saw a lot of bad reviews here and I totally understand them. It's about that unfriendly, unprofessional and rude chubby receptionist which I think they should remove her as soon as possible. But why I'm giving 5 stars? Well cause here the doctors are awesome, they explain clearly and very attentive to details. And I guess that receptionist karma will heart her badly.

The receptionist made me wait outside the clinic for an hour. I just came to do the rtk covid test. but the receptionist was not being attentive to the client and forgot I was outside. it's so hot outside plus I'm fasting. I shut down my phone due to overheat. Later I asked the receptionist how long do I have to wait she immediately directed me to the covid test which is inside the parking lot. If only she said earlier I would waited inside under the shade. No apology and no consideration. I'm giving 1 star because of the receptionist attitude and services. Fyi, the patients at the time I came was only 3 person. There's another person waiting outside as well with me. She gave up and went elsewhere due to long waiting. Seriously, I hope this clinic could hire a more competent, friendly and considerate receptionist. or else people will keep on giving bad review to this clinic because of the receptionist.

Been here a few times for minor health issues. Staff have always been great, from the reception and nurses to the doctors. Treatment was also excellent. Will continue using this clinic.

Dr Yoges give good explanation about my case. I totally satisfies with him, instead of previous doc (don't know his name). I dont have any comment, since I found this clinic quite better (reasonable price, panel clinic), but seems like the receptionist / clinic staff need to be improved in terms of communication and body language skills. Never receive good treat everytime I went there. As like other commenter said, yes she's rude. Working as clinic staff doesnt mean she can't practice customer service skills. She must practice good work ethics. Not only that mentioned chubby girl, I think whoever working must have this. Recently I went there, ya as usual taking longer time to get my medicine after the consultation. So before I left the clinic, I ask her if she had read the reviews about the clinic via google, she said yes. And I've mentioned her about the bad reviews I'd seen and need to be improved. This is serious talk, clinic must do something for this. Thanks

Today 4th September 2021 1:13pm, I enquirer about the doctor on duty for today to the receptionist by call because I have normal doctor whom I can explain my situation. She accidentally shout and answer me about the doctor very rudely. How she is allowed to treat the patient some kind of customer like that. The management team knows about it? When I asked her why she shouted me like that, she dropped the call even though I called second time ASAP but the call was hold and drop it again immediately. I found bad review of on website but not believe it and I am normal patient of it nearly 10 times. Hope the management team take action about it.

Today morning 10.15am i bring my staff go for vaccine booster because my staff need to work at 11am but the receptionist told us must come at appointment time .ok then fine ....but why they call us to say come on 2pm?my appointment is 1pm...others clinic can come earlier but why your clinik cannot come earlier...everyone also need to work ....

Went on a Sunday, Doctor was very hesitant to give an MC for Monday. Told me once I take my meds i’ll be fine. Had to beg him to give me MC as i’m unfit for work. Took the prescribed meds, Sunday night barely slept. Woke up on Monday with high fever still. Had I not begged for MC would have had to work Monday with minimal rest, high fever + coughs. (and potentially infect others) Ridiculous honestly. I’m convinced he thinks i was faking my symptoms. Highly irresponsible.

Reception was very rude, not friendly and not dont likely entertain the patient. Please learn some manner! Or else leave the job to others. U are not suitable for that job like seriously!
