★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The girl at the counter is very unhelpful. We called to ask if they provides x ray service around 1230pm. The girl who answered tge phone said they do but when say we are coming over, her tone was very unwelcoming and she kept saying that they are going to close for lunch at 1pm. We asked when we can come, she said that they will be back at 230pm. She also informed us that the clinic is open until 9pm. We went to the clinic at 5pm. To our dismay, she told us the x ray is only available until 4pm. We went out to the corridor for a while to discuss and then decided to just see the doctor for a recommendation letter so we can go to the hospital. We pressed the bell few times but they did not open the door. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. We went to Klinik Saravanan in Seremban Jaya instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with Doctor. Despite being the only patient at the clinic, I’ve waited 30mins for the doctor to see me. The doctor was super unfriendly and annoying when she kept on making faces and asking me to repeat what I say when I was talking. She didn’t even bother to check my temperature and blood pressure and straight up asking me what do I want. As a patient that actually pay for the consultation and medicines, i was extremely disappointed. Totally not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse doing job with slow and chill, took 10min to register the patient, took 30min for medical dispensary, some more very enjoy and chitchat with an outsider (who walk in but not patient)
Also, the doctor consultation is really consultation, let patient tell what is the problem then give out medicine, never do any checking! Done within 3min..
