Please check on your clinic. Is it operating according to your standard.
The Covid screening area is located at the back exit of the clinic. Patients have to make their way to a squalid backlane. Just beside the premise is a clogged smelly drain, filled with waste food. Patients are given plastic stools to sit, next to the filthy smelly drain. There is a small night bazaar type of umbrella, if it rain. There is no social distancing, and patients sit close to each other.
Is this the quality or norm of a Qualitas clinic?

β β β β β I was very impressed with Dr Ki..did a very good job with my filling. But I must comment on the reception side which i was not very happy about..
I was making my payment n the Chinese nurse(in a blue uniform) was attending to me. But when another Chinese patient walked in she started attending to her n I had to wait till she finished with her..
I found that very unprofessional n was very disappointed.

β β β β β Really rude receptionist! They are blaming the doctorβs fault for the long wait in the clinic. When itβs the patientβs turn, they use their eyes to invite patient in. If you are not in urgent and still able to travel, please go to other clinic.

β β β β β Good day Qualitas, I'm Jason here and apologize to give your team my bad experience after being your customer for more than 10 years. Around 10pm today (13/06/2022) i visited KLINIK SENTOSA (QUALITAS) No 25, Jalan 11 Taman Putra 68000 Ampang, Selangor i was surprise that you have good brand but poor customer services of your nurse or cashier during this date and time as mentioned. I'm seriously disappointed on how your train your team and SOP that unable give your customer flexibility and more focus on sales rather than patient first. The respect person name Shu (Nickname) whose wearing black & white tudung maybe is the Person In Charge of this branch has gave me an bad experience. I hope your HQ team can look into this issue to have better quality management and customer services in future.
