★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chong was very gentle and patient, not much "scary or too uncomfortable" feeling during the entire process but I must admit there is bit of numbness/sensitive during the drilling, it was for a brisk moment so is bearable.
This is my first-time visit to Queck Dental after reading so many good reviews about them. Decided to call and book a slot, it was a very impromptu decision because my tooth filling came off leaving me hard to bite my food.
So I had my teeth cleaned (and I didn't know it comes with a polish service :) and filling done.
As for the pricing, I'm not very sure what is the market rate now because my last dentist visit was more than 10 years ago (yeah i know) but I think it is worth the money to repay the good dentist for her hard work. At least solved my dentist phobia, and I think I will go for a 2nd appointment again.
So all the best for those who are planning or hesitating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for wisdom teeth removal, Dr Queck was very professional and gentle during the procedure, and explained each step of the tooth extraction process as he did it. Great price! Would absolutely recommend this surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 20 mins despite having made an appointment only to be told that I have to wait for another patient upon checking. Then what's the point of making an appointment? The least you can do is to let us know in advance so that we can plan around, that's why we left our contact details in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for filling but after that feel pain. Went back few days later and they redo the filling. After filling completed, doctor told me she has to cut my gum since the filling is very deep. I was so shocked. I have never had or heard before that gum has to be cut. In my opinion, this young lady doctor was inexperienced. Went to consult another doctor two weeks later as I still feel pain and was told that I should have root canal done instead. Both the doctor and the assistant are very rough too.

My 5 yo daughter has been seeing Dr Queck too and she never fear seeing him. Just brought her there for teeth removal and all was well and smooth. Thank you Dr Queck and the Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two implants and two root canals done by Dr Queck and had recently visited this establishment multiple times for treatments after a recent dental trauma in another clinic. Dr. Queck had been most generous in accomodating slots for few urgent visits and even gave discounts for some of the treatments. His dental work are fine work of art, fillings are impeccable, scaling is thorough, implants are solid. I truly appreciate his effort, the ordeals he had gone through in working with my fragile teeth and complex problems. If you ever have to wait a little, know that, it's because the dentist is committed to getting things right to provide the best care for his patients. I believe a good dentist should be a good listener, one who asks questions, free of presumptions. But this is a busy clinic. Sometimes we have to accept the absence of follow-up and occasional aloof reception.

I really like how professional and gentle Dr Queck is, always reassuring and explaining every steps thru the procedure.
