It's the same person I had the haircut last time... I showed her a picture of a haircut sample which has 3 angles, so that she would get the length and cut I want this time. Before the cut, we discuss how it goes, and she agreed. But during the cut, she made excuses or tried explaining the length of hair cannot get shorter further lar, or back of the hair cannot trim higher lar, I have deep short-sighted, I cannot see from the mirror but I can feel the strength and distance she applies on my head with the trimmer.. wasn't the cut I want. I did raised up telling her to cut more, yet she always had it her way and I can't win it. Somehow I felt that she wasn't willing to give me a boyish haircut from the beginning or she doesn't know how. She spend more than 15 minutes trimming just the lower back head (hair) and my sideburn over and over, especially the hair above my EARS, it HURTS greatly when she applies force folding my ears many times. I don't know others, I personally don't feel relax, she pokes my head unnecessarily alot eventhough I have zero movement, imagine you panic-ly pressing the button when you miss the lift. At first she said she would trim my front hair in wave, but came out it's the same length. Two customers after me had already done and left, with longer haircut time, I feel uncomfortable and tired after work. When I went home looking at the mirror, it's the exact same bad haircut I had 4-5 months ago. I hope she realise these.

If you care for your look, DO NOT get you hair cut here. The old lady by the name SUZZANE is unprofessional. She sounded like an ex Karaoke Mama San, loud and rude screaming at customers queueing outside. There is no way she is a qualified hairdresser. She is an impostor!

The stuff like to stop cutting and chit chat with each other for awhile despite long queue. They just take their own sweet time to cut hair and make unnecessary cut over the same place again and again for no reason. It take around 30 mins for each customer in average. Hopefully the management can see this and resolve the issue.

The ladies working there are unprofessional and badly need training on how to cut female hair. I have tried them few times. Unfortunately, each time, I request them for a specific style by showing them the specific picture of a hair style based on "Step Cut", and by reminding them before and during haircut to follow that certain style, they end up failure. While, I end up losing money in return for an utter unsatisfactory hair cutting service. Yet another unprofessional behaviour is, they shift the blame to the customer by calling their hair, " oily", or " Inappropriate for a Step Cut", although, habitually, I wash my hair and apply an after wash hair serum before visiting a salon.

This is my worst haircut ever. The aunty Kat is impatient for a good haircut and this is the exact opposite of "quick" cut, folks. She took shortcuts to make sure she can move on to the next customer fast. What shocked me was also the hygiene, as opposite to what they claimed on their website, they DID NOT sterilize the scissors and blades nor using new comb. I can literally smell the previous people's hair. Strongly recommend against it, the service you get is not what a RM18 cut should deserve. I regretted my choice.

The ladies, including the auntie at Quick Cut, Avenue K, besides being highly unprofessional and clumsy, are highly rude. Each time they, esp. the auntie lies and hides her unprofessionalism and lack of skill by shifting the blame to the customer's hair type being curly, or tied in a clip, or being oily. When those ladies are requested for step-cut, they can never cut into steps, they always end up cutting in one single step. But when the customer asks them about why they gave a single-step cut, they always lie and shift the blame to the customer's hair type. I have gotten low value for the money paid there. Another extremely rude behaviour was on April 24, 2021, when the auntie did not allow me to enter the salon and stopped me at the door by saying that my hair is curly and that it was tied in a clip. I, then requested another slow-mo lady there if she could cut the hair, but both of those ladies planned to deny cutting my hair. Such lies, rude behaviour, lack of hair-cutting -skills and unprofessionalism bring bad name to Quick Cut itself.

Amazing barber shop for you to get your hair done, well primarily for cutting and styling, given they don't have any fancy hair treatment or couloring or washing. But something need they will vacuum your hair afterwards so you'll be less bothered after the haircut until you take a shower. Prices are reasonable and queue times vary but are usually very short. Employees are great and very friendly too!

Rude hairdresser. Reluctant to provide change for the ticket machine when she's busy. Could've been more polite. Waited for over 40 minutes when there were 2 hairdressers. Cost = RM 25. Very "Quick Cut" indeed. Value does not match the money. Come if you like to be treated this way.
