★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this salon for a quick trim before I left kl and I thought the salon looked pretty decent, established and the reception staff were very nice.
Sadly the rest of my experience was a joke! The senior stylist was terrible. Did didn't listen to what I wanted and thought he knew better. As a result he totally butchered my hair and now it pokes out on all directions and is really difficult to style.
The massage was horrible. They had no idea what they were doing and it was far from relaxing. The girl who shampooed me got product all over my shirt.
My friend had a neck and shoulder massage with left him in pain for hours afterwards. He was thinking to have a haircut to but changed his mind when he saw my stylists method.
I have since gone to another stylist in Hong Kong to see if my cut can be rescued but it looks like I will be stuck with this mess until it grows out.
I won't be going to any Cut Above salons again and I advice people to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing wash and blow dry with the stylist with long blue hair. I’m sorry I don’t remember your name and left in a hurry to catch a flight, but I highly recommend her and the salon. Just one of the best experiences ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt very, very cheated as I went for a scalp treatment but was charged based on my hair length. Very sloppily done as the "scrub" felt like the stylist was just slapping product on my head. All while there was no cape so stuff was just flaking into my dress. She kept snagging on my hair too cos they didn't bother to comb my hair out. They also kept passing comments on my hair while I'm sure it kept falling cos of all the snags. To my surprise, it was over in 40 minutes. Charged a boatload of money for a short session of what felt like just a double hair wash. At the end when I was tying my hair, I realised they even forgot and left the towel on my shoulders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairstylist was very unprofessional and kept expressing how she did not like the state of my hair, despite me going to the salon to improve my hair. Very disappointing, considering one would go to the hairsalon to feel more confident, yet she kept putting me down. Price is also too high for what you get, as I paid 300 ringgit only to be done with the appointment in about an hour. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Pity i did not get the hairstylists name because i have never felt so uncomfortable doing a hair appointment before. She made many negative comments about my hair despite me being the one that pays her. Would have considered the appointment to be nearly decent if not for the way i was treated. Now she definitely will not receive anymore business from me.

And also, thank you to his junior hairstylist too!(Didn't get to know her name). At the same time, they are all very friendly and kind! So,I highly recommend going here!
