โ โ โ โ โ Its a 3 story house that build as an hotel with sharing kitchen, each room with tv, fan, air con and towel with shower gel, its a simple check in, call for booking or online with agoda then they will PM the proses of check in, its very cheap and convenience for those who are working outstation for few day, have balcony on top with washing machine

โ โ โ โ โ Homestay surrounding good, cleaning still good but room have some smell, room lighting not enough bright, have maid come to do cleaning.
Collect your room key, need going to No.10. homestay place have No. 2 & No. 2A.

โ โ โ โ โ Normally, I would give it a 2.5 star. The internet did not work at all on our first night, the tv has no english stations (not a big problem, just a forwarning), there is no hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom - there is shower gel, no hand towels, and they were impatient with checkin. When we finally arrived / found the place, the person waiting for us spoke zero English, neither was she interested in trying to communicate. An envelope with keys was handed to us and she pointed to the noted money to pay. We paid, and were on our own to find our room and figure thngs out.
The shower drips (impossible to sleep) unless you turn off the water supply and the inside of the bathroom door is all mouldy which indicates very poor cleaning.
On a plus note, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the common area was huge.
If you decide to stay here, please remember there are no international receptacles.
Local restaurants and a small convenience store are within walking distance.
