★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Ipoh last holiday, then my macbook stop working. Luckily, I found Radikel Tech on google, made appointment and they attend to my macbook professionally. With their expertise, I ask them to look my iPhone X screen and battery replacement which already need a replacement. The charges are very reasonable and cheaper I think compared to their superb services. Nice office they have for me to wait while they do the repair work. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Radikel Tech. I wish I am staying in Ipoh, just in case if my other devices got problem too. Wish KL have this kind of services. Good Job RT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to replace my MacBook battery and they replied very fast. Took around 4 days to order the battery part and I just had to hand it in 1 day and next day pick up. Much cheaper than other shops and the files on my computer wasn't touched or removed. Very professional in handling this. I definitely recommend them and would go back again if I need to fix any other devices :D
