★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mrs bought a Rainbow sometime between 1986 and 1990 (we cannot recall exactly when) and it is still Going Strong Like Johnnie Walker !! At that time, I thought she spent way too much on a vacuum cleaner but now I realize it's worth every Ringgit. We use it for everything, including drying out a large wet carpet !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good product but during the MCO the service centre closed down and there is no notification to existing customers on what to do. Been calling for weeks for a replacement brush. Agent is missing in action and the service centre is nowhere to be seen.
Come on guys, it not that complicated.
