★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice - once in the daytime and once at night. The rooftop bar and Thai restaurant has zero ambience and are not well thought out. At night, outdoor area is warm and dark - no fans or soft lightings. A pity as it has unobstructed views of Istana Negara, Petronas twin towers and KL tower!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given a drink discount voucher in the Hartamas branch that the manager said it is void due to plagiarism by the staff. He said 14 staffs were sacked due to this. Really?? For the last two months I only saw one guy left from the restaurant.
That same particular manager always tries to hook up with the singers, bar workers, and any single female and or group of female guests. Is this the Chakri Palace image you guys want to portray?? What a shame!!

Food were really good not that much expensive except the steak.
Drink was good as well.
Staffs were really friendly.
