Spent high-rise turned into hotel
The traffic flow and parking costs crazy
Buffet breakfast adequate
Good sized rooms
Best part is the great view from the roof top pool.. Get up there before 10pm and relax over a coffee while enjoying a great view of the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff, great rooms and service. Only thing to improve is the elevator, they have two but is not synchronized, so people always call both and it takes a long time to arrive because it stops a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staffs that I had met and walk pass by are super friendly and polite. Greetings and smiles are all over their faces. Lobby was brightly lit with high ceiling looking classy. Every time walk into the lobby it always smells good. Check in and check out process was a breeze and it takes less than 5 minutes. Ordered for an extra bed and it was delivered less than 15 minutes after I had checked in. The rooms was really spacious makes it a happy environment for the kids to run about. This is a Dorsett Suite. Clean and neat with 1 bathroom and another toilet. Sofas at the TV room for you to chill out. The bed was really comfy. There are fitness room, kids room and pool for adult and kids at the top floor. The location of this hotel is very convenient as there are lots of eateries and a shopping mall within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very friendly and helpful. Due to MCO we can't use the facilities as all are closed. Suggest to get room on high floor for a nice palace view, we did'nt get the chance despite have requested it in our reservation.
Anyhow, all is good, it was a nice short staycation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your security guard is so rude and has no manner towards customer...I have filed a complaint and nobody seems to care.
It is okay for you to turn a blind eye on this matter as it is only showing how not important at all ur customer to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a very well maintained residences condo. Next to Dorsett Sri Hatarmas Hotel. Many well run Air B&B units here for long term and short term stays.
The studios units are very well equipped with queen size bed, some with extra single bed. In the unit also have washing machine, Refrigerator, microwave, oven and kitchen's pots and Pans , also with glasses and cutteries.
Location is good, easy excess to NKVE to North or South.
Opposite this condo is a mall with restaurants and supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money, very spacious and most of the amenities were provided and included. They have auto look system with self check in. Also can go for their pool. The only issue is parking. Nearby there’s malls, pretty convenient.
