★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good station to launch off to Wisma Genting, The Pavilion Mall, Menara KH, KL Tower. All these are within reasonable walking distance. KLCC is also within reach but a bit further. Station is busy on weekdays during rush hours around 8 to 10 am, and after office hours around 4.30 to 6.30 pm. Toilets are available in the station, after you go through the gates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rhe monorail is very convenient. However, the station design is terrible. You can only access the station through a long stairsway. Not suitable for people with a lagguage to carry. Staff doing nothing but unwilling to help. Terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a local citizen of Malaysia here. I felt very shameful to promote this monorail as main transportation system in the city center of Kuala Lumpur.
This monorail is not meant for public use at full in the rush hours.
There is no train schedule, always packed and prepare for unexpected breakdowns. I wish the whole rail changed to elevated walk/cycling path which could commute more people than the monorail itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost as though RapidKL deliberately makes the user experience as uncomfortable as possible. The issue with the limited number of trains never seems to be resolved. The frequency of the monorail is atrocious and tough luck even getting into the first coach that pulls into the station. Even if you manage to fight your way into the coach, chances are, you'll be squished against the door. It's absolutely the worst during rush hour. The ventilation also hardly ever works. It's already so packed inside the monorail but the lack of any air-conditioning or even ventilation really makes the ride very uncomfortable. It doesn't help that tourists rely on our monorail to get around, it's such a terrible impression for them.
