★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: Food was good. So was the ambience and environment. They were able to maintain the quality and standard across the Rakuzen franchise. Made reservation for the night so getting a table was not an issue .
Room for improvement: it was a busy night so service was abit slow and staff was not quick to respond when we tried calling for attention with the buzzer. Possibly hire more waiters/chefs/kitchen staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i think they were understaffed that’s why we waited almost an hour for our food, but i have to say even when you he food came it was not worth waiting over an over that the salmon sashimi and tuna rolls and avocado sushi. it tasted spoiled, bland and not the usual taste. i think maybe they hired a new chef that’s why the food is so different and usual but i’m not 100% certain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super rude for this outlet. I went there at 9.05pm and saw their card written open but the main door was closed so I tried to push open the door and went in. There was a lady standing at the counter playing her phone leaving me standing there for a few minutes until I approached her and she told me that the shop is closed. I have been supporting Rakuzen from other outlets and never been treated rudely from the staff at other outlets before. This is my first time at this outlet and was treated rudely by the staff. The lady just ignored the customers without even saying a word. She should have at least politely said I’m sorry we are closed not just stand there and playing her phone and totally ignore the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There for Chinese New Year dinner. Love the restaurant layout.
We noticed an empty table near the window, we asked for a switch because ours was a little hidden and we had to walk back to the kitchen every time we needed service, but we were told it was reserved.
The table was empty until it was time to close.
A little disappointed. But a good companion made up for the inconvenience.
Overall food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, the food tastes bland except for the miso soup which tastes salty. We need to wait longer than usual because I think they understaff (maybe) and lot of orders, but their staff service is good! Appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience to Rakuzen 163. I've been a regular to other rakuzen for a long time but this experience is unforgivably Terrible. The food quality is bad and most of all i was served Tuna maguro as Otoro and still the person insist it was Otoro. After i decided to cancel only then they decided to send me an Otoro sushi.
The sushi size is so MINI that anyone can easily eat 2 pieces in one bite. The price that was charged is not fair for the quality and quantity served.
