★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman aku dengan bank ni, Bank pertama yang aku pernah jejakkan kaki servis yang paling teruk dalam sejarah hidup aku!! dari segi pengurusan masa bank ni sangat-sangat teruk & tidak profesional!!! aku datang 3 kali sebab kena tunggu staf masuk kerja yang aku tak boleh terima aku dah datang balik jam 3ptg sebab guard kata "staf" tu ada jam 3ptg, aku datang balik jam 3 ptg tu tapi "staf" belum masuk pukul 4 petang baru "staf" tu ada???!!! Bila tanya staf tingkat atas boleh pulak suruh tunggu sebab staf tu nak solat??!! Katanya jam 4 petang baru staf tu available?? Aku dari tengahri datang guard kata pukul 3ptg baru staf tu ada, aku datang balik pukul 3 ptg boleh guard tu ckp pukul 4ptg pula??!!! Habis korang ingat aku ini tak kejar masa nak tunggu "staf" korang tu boleh kerja??!!, kalau macam ni makan gaji buta baik korang berenti kerja bagi orang lain yang boleh kerja elok-elok!! Korang dah boleh cabut waktu kerja yang korang tampal dekat pintu masuk korang tukar jadual waktu "ikut ketetapan masa staf sukahati staf sini nak masuk bila" tak perlulah lagi letak waktu kerja kat pintu cermin tu buat semak aje!!
My experience with this bank, the first bank I have ever set foot in the worst service in my life history !! in terms of time management this bank is very, very bad & unprofessional !!! I came 3 times because I had to wait for the staff to come to work that I could not accept. I came back at 3pm because the guard said "staff" was at 3pm, I came back at 3pm but the "staff" did not come in at 4pm until " staff "is there ??? !!! When asked by the upper level staff, can you tell me to wait because the staff wants to pray ?? !! He said at 4 pm the staff is only available ?? I came from the guard at noon and said the staff was there at 3pm, I came back at 3pm, can the guard be there at 4pm too ?? !!! Do you remember that I did not chase the time to wait for your "staff" to work ?? !! You can now remove the working hours that you paste near the entrance, you can change the schedule "follow the deadline, the staff is happy, the staff here wants to enter when" there is no need to put working hours at the mirror door just to check !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya rasa bank ni menyediakan servis yg Paling2 lembab dari branch2 lain. Saya taktau kenapa tapi dah beberapa kali saya datang sini nak buat payment ar rahnu pon tunggu nak dekat sejam padahal takde orang pun. Taktau apa yg dia slow sangatt. Better tutup jela dari menyusahkan customer nak kena tunggu lama. Memang servis lembabbb kalah slothhhh!
I think this bank provides the slowest service from other branches. I don't know why, but I've come here a few times to make a payment or wait for close to an hour, even though no one is there. I don't know why he's so slow. Better to close the window than to bother the customer to have to wait a long time. Indeed, the service is damp, slothhhh!
