Seharusnya, customer service sedaya upaya memudahkan pelanggan, bkn meminta mrk 'download app' . Saya perlu mbayar lebih setiap bln bg bil telefon d kampung.
Staff are friendly, but x can myelesaikn mslh.
Should customer service make every effort to facilitate customers, not asking mrk 'download app'. I have to pay more every month for the phone bill in the village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly but they told me I cannot upgrade and downgrade my plan here when TM chatline told me to goto nearest TMpoint. I was told they are just an Authorised Dealer and cannot accept upgrading & downgrading of services!
