โ โ โ โ โ very uninformative! the doctor is very stiff and not friendly. I like the staff working in the counter as they are sweet but just like the doctor they are not informative, when they give the medicine they don't tell you what the medicine is, they just tell you how to take it, I had to ask for all the medicines again & again what each medicine was for and they would tell me in an agitated way. The place is nice and clean but I really don't like their service at all, I am currently looking for another place to continue my checkups.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad time management for the patients. After select your slot to appointment you need to wait more than hour. In addition bad organization you can see while you waiting the another patient how just arrive come meet doctor before you. Better to give token number to be fair

โ โ โ โ โ First, there was a mixed-up with our prior appointment visit to the clinic 2 earlier, which was scheduled at 4:30pm. When i came to register on time at the counter, the receptionist said that i had to wait for a long waiting queue. The earliest i can get to see the doctor was at 5:45pm!?I said i couldn't wait that long, and then the nurse asked me to wait for while, which ended up to be more than 1/2 an hour...
When we were finally called in by the doctor, this Dr 'Z'..who turned out to be the worst so-called paediatric specialist doctor we've ever met,??????
The clinic should not have hired a medical practitioner like her, with an unprofessional attitude, negative first impressions, and sadly, who does not seem to understand children at all!
This was our first time visit, and we would never return. What a turn down for an Islamic woman & Children Specialist Centre.

โ โ โ โ โ FY2020: visited few check-ups for 2nd bb, but im found that they are not details/caring anymore, each checkup were fast and simple conversation without extra advice. even skipped the most simple data entry like mummy's name and due date for ultrasound scan, that's reasonable if u didn't key in during 1st visit, but even government clinic also key in that during my first scan. Waiting time around 1hrs during weekdays.
FY2018: professional yet friendly staffs and doctors, room was well-cleaned, food provided were tasty too, Dr. Zana Zalinda were very patience and calm, too bad she left Malaysia on year 2019

โ โ โ โ โ Came with my sister in law for her delivery, Dr. Zunita was handling her case during pregnancy and she was very professional and calm. On the day of labor Dr. Zunita was on leave and another doctor who constantly kept forcing us to go for caeserian delivery, we told her we want to go for normal delivery but she kept insiting on caeserian. The delivery ended up to be very normal with no complications, I wonder why they were insisting on caeserian in advance, is it just for the money?
Nursing staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tharsh at the reception she has excellent customer service skills.
Overall it was a good experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Deliver my 1st baby here. All r superb and satiesfied! Reasonable price! The room/staff/service r the best! I am with Dr Kay. I love her cause she checked me detail everytime i met her for checkups. Also accompany any questions when i call her directly. And very calm when im on my way to pop out the baby ? They opened Azan after baby already out. Very calm. I love it! Coming back again for 2nd baby now. Never disappointing me! To mommies who want to be only with female nurse and doctor, RPMC is fully recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Waiting lounge is amazing. Water cooler is provided, toilet is clean and sofas are comfortable. The doctors room are spacious and comfy to my liking. Doctors and staffs are nice and friendly attend to your needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an appointment at 10:45am for detailed scab, they asked us to arrive 15mins early for registration, which we did.
But we waited more than 1 hour to see the doctor, and the detailed scan took only 10 minutes.
I don't see the point of the "appointment" if we have to wait that long.
During the waiting, we asked how long till we can see the doctor, the nurse forgot who we are, the fact that we registered to her around 30 minutes ago, and there were only less than 5 visitors with us.
Unprofessional & lack of management skills.
