Tried facial which makes my skin literally glow and smooth. Cryo therapy makes me feel very energized, and if u want to relax sauna is best thing β¨οΈ

β β β β β Been here a couple of times for full body cryotherapy, it helps with muscle recovery for people who train/exercise a lot, can even burn up to 800 calories and few more other benefits! I definitely feel much better and recover better after a session.
They have other therapies too like targeted cryotherapy, cryoslimming, celluma therapy and many more. Do check them out as the service is great and friendly too!

β β β β β My experience with Recovery hub has been a game changer in my recovery and performance. Being crippled from head to toe and having issues with every joint of my body is not something easy to live with especially if you love doing vigorous exercises and activities.
I had my first session 3 weeks ago. The staff are very nice, warm, and welcoming. Ms. Linda who is in charge of conducting the consultation and sessions is one of the sweetest person I have ever met. She listened patiently and acknowledged my aches and issues and designed a suitable treatment plan. The effect of whole body cryotherapy + targeted cryo + infrared sauna has been working like magic. I have never felt better in so long. My joints pain has decreased drastically. My performance in martial arts has improved a lot quicker.

My weekly session at Recovery Hub is now something I definitely look forward to. A true meaning and feeling of a legit recovery.
