Great place to get your photoshoot such as pre-wedding, family photos, etc. Quite spacious inside and many selections of clothes provided for pre-wedding photoshoot. Their staffs were kind, polite and patience with us. Their photographer is professional and skillful. They provided many packages and customized make for us. Overall their service was great and we are happy with it.

My wife and i surveyed a few wedding shops for pre wedding photoshoot and end up choosing Redbliss because we were impressed by their photography skills. Their staffs are very friendly and patient with us at customising the package for us. Thank you Delon for his professionalism and advise during the photo choosing session, Grace for her patience during the gown selection as well as our beloved photographer, Melvin for his guidance and professionalism during the photoshoot session. Redbliss has customer focused services and friendly staff to assist their customers. We are happy with the result and end product.

With so many businesses hit due to Covid-19, it was with caution and due diligence which led to RedBliss being selected as the bridal house of our choice. They have been around for a while, albeit with a different name, and such is the wonders of Google, enabling a background search that helped allay any fears I had of them running away with our hard earned deposit. The other important factor we looked for was the photography skills and editing. As my partner is a part time photographer, this was non negotiable and after all it's the photos that truly matter at the end of the day. Of course, there was the experience of a first time encounter as we went hopping from one shop to the next. Some were pushy, others tried to get me into trying different gowns which I was not prepared to do, and then there is someone like Grace, laid back and patient. After signing up with her, restricted SOPs came into place. The whole ordeal felt like a marathon, but I'm glad to have Grace run it with me. She's got a talent in helping to pick the right dresses, make up artist (Carmen) and photographer (Cliff). My idea of make up is loose powder and eye brow pencil so it was very awkward to look at myself all dolled up, kudos to Carmen for adapting to my request to tone it down, but still making me look like a million bucks. Considering that both me and my partner suck at posing, it helped to have someone like Cliff to guide you, in every single shot. Could not have asked for a better photographer. In all honesty, I wasn't sure how the photos would turned out, but when I saw them, I realized I had a problem. It was a good problem. I liked them all (so did my mom who was there with me) and had a really hard time choosing. The manager, I didn't get his name, offered the option to purchase all of it, unedited, which I did. On hindsight, I felt uneasy. Why wasn't this offered on upfront as an option, before I sign the package? Yes, I understand the need for the bridal house to make a profit, but it felt like I've had to pay twice the amount to get what I want. Maybe it would have been better had they not offer me this option? It is this part, nothing at all to do with the great service I've received up until this point, that I'm giving them a 4-star. Oh, and there were nothing but praises all around when family and friends saw our photos.

My husband and myself are thankful and happy that we have chosen the right bridal house for our pre wedding shoot. Customer Services are superb and our pic Angeline is very patient with us and take into my consideration of the styles I want and styles that suits me. She gave clear instructions and guide you via phone despite how busy she is. Also thanks to MUA Yvonne for the beautiful stunning make up and believe me , she is very quick in transforming me and my husband. She is the really efficient type. And Alan the photographer, he started work before we done make up and waste not a minute. He direct us how to pose and very patient with the bride here with my many many demands and there you see the outcome. I really feel thankful for the team as I am absolutely satisfy with the outcome of the picture.????

Just went there for gown fitting. Was attended to by Grace. Really satisfied with her service. She was very friendly and helpful and made the entire dress fitting experience a real pleasure. The dresses were very beautiful as well. Red bliss has a huge studio with various backdrops to choose from and photos were stunning (stood out from the other bridal houses). Glad that I chose Red Bliss.
