β β β β β From top to finish, they were amazingly kind and helpful.
Found them during a wedding expo and Mr. Murder (one of their staff) made us feel really comfortable- not overselling or pushing too much on their packages.
Come the day we were to choose our wedding dresses, my assistant for the day, Helen, was so gentle and patient. I had a hard time choosing my dresses because they were all crazily beautiful. Helenβs expertise came in and assisted me through the selection and recommended what suited my body type the most. Was glad they were really professional throughout the whole process.
The photoshoot day was fun too with our makeup artist and photographer (Grene and Logan) being really initiative in their ideas for poses and looks (considering how uncomfortable we were with posing in front of the camera).
Choosing our photos for the album was the HARDEST due to how lovely the pictures turned out. Wendy very professionally guided us through the selection and recommended design options for the albums. She made us feel really comfortable and was not pressured into anything. Overall, weβre really glad that we found them for our once-in-a-lifetime experience β€οΈ

Thank all the staff for their help and patience in the process. I like their service very much?. They are very professional. I really appreciate the valuable team?!
Ps Precious has many indoor shooting scenes to choose from, which is highly recommended by friends who prefer indoor shooting?.

Special thanks to Jane, our sales representative for accommodating our tight schedule as we are based overseas.
We would like to thank Christine, our wardrobe for picking out such lovely dresses for my wife, Make-up artist Catherine dolling us up, and also having friendly chat with us to keep us occupied. Ken Teh and his assistant for his excellent directions and photography skills and also helping us think of poses that we could not think of.
Wendy for her professional touch ups of our photos making them dreamy and making us look slimmer.

β β β β β Wonderful experience with the PRECIOUS team from signing the package till choosing photo. They have provided a very professional service throughout. Ellen gave clear explanation and all detail without anything hidden. Christina choose gowns that suit me and to my liking. Our photographer, Kent was very professional and patient in guiding us on posing. Mayky, our makeup artist is super friendly and did a wonderful job for our makeup and hairdo. Wendy, on our photo choosing session, she guided us through on how to choose our photo and the album arrangement professionally.
