Kitchen ?? Bathroom ?? Can see Cockroaches ??
Very difficult for checkin ..No1 knows exactly where to wait and to whom to meet for checkin.
So go to the lobby and ask the counter . Some 1 will help u ..it takes alot of time to checkin (actually waste of time)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst; most dissapointing experience we've ever had
Disclaimer : We are not a fussy guest who wants everything to be sparkly clean and perfect. But this bad experience has to be highlighted so that this horrible thing wont happen again.
1. CHECK IN
It took them more than 2 hours to let us in.
We waited from 3.00pm to 5.15pm.
Eventhough the problem was not from our side as the guest who has already paid in full.
We didnt get any permission for late checkout.
The excuse given was that the room is being prepared.
We WOULD NOT make a fuss about it in this review,
IF it was what they did.
2. THE APARTMENT
Time was given. We waited.
But the apartment was filthy!
As soon as we entered, The bad smell lingers all over the house.
The dustbin was filled and loaded with bags of leftovers.
There were biscuit crumbs scattered all over the floor and at the coffee table at the living room,
There are bread expiry tag, instant noodle crumbs, on the floor at the kitchen,
anddd there was a bowl of instant noodle leftovers inside the fridge!
The floor was obviously NOT being mopped before, and the bed sheets was NOT changed.
THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF THAT HOUSE BEING CLEANED LIKE WE WERE TOLD EARLIER.
3. RUDE HELPER
So i called in the helper that were supposed to clean the apartment.
They (foreign men) were not happy to be called upon to re-do the whole cleaning again. (if that was what they did earlier).
They were obviously not happy and speaking to each other in foreign language. And when i told them how long i've waited before.
This was the respond i get.
In Bahasa Melayu because i'm a Malay.
"Saya tak tahu awak tunggu berapa lama.
1hari ke?
2hari ke?
Saya TAK MAHU tahu"
For those who didnt understand.
One of them answered.
"I dont know how long you have waited. 1 day?
2 days?
I DON'T WANT to know."
How polite.
3. PARKING
As the guest of the house who had rented the place for one night, we were supposed to get a unit at the parking bay for free. But we ended up spending RM20 for parking during the stay.
4. DEPOSIT
We understand that deposit is compulsory, but we suggest the host to declare the exact amount that they needed for the guests to hand, at the website, so that the guests are more prepared to allocate the money. During our stay, the deposit was RM200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE the infinity pool! beautiful sun rise in the morning, the city view with KLCC & KL tower is just one of the kind! Host is very friendly and responsive, easy to get around with the train or grab cars. Shopping center right behind the building within walking distance, it's just perfect! Will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, very confusing that who you meet in the lobby is not the host listed in the Airbnb. There are tidiness rules about dishes etc which I don't mind abiding to, but it's annoying to see that our flat was not checked over after the previous guest as there were visibly dirty dishes in the cupboards.
The Airbnb was overall tidy and comfortable, but I think it is ready for detailed maintenance and a very deep clean. Also, perhaps it could be better equipped, with dishtowels and a dish rack for example.
