★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No frills cheap accomodation. Room make you feels like you live in 70s. Plus point is it so near an LRT station. Minus if you have a car is the parking is a bit tight in front of the old colonial townhouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved staying here! We stayed for about 5 weeks. The staff is so friendly and caring! They take great care of the facilities and their guests. They provide free laundry for guests and soaps and bathroom tissue. A/C worked great always, WiFi could be a little spotty but staff was always quick to reset/fix. They greet you so nicely whenever they see you. They have doggies and a cat that stay behind the desk with them and they’re also sweet. Behind the desk they also sell snacks such as ramen, cookies, chips, etc. plus water and other beverages. Out the front door there is a drinking water machine that is very cheap.The street is quiet and friendly. Nearby there are several 7/11 and Kk marts and all kinds of shopping plus train stations to get anywhere. Would happily stay here again! Happy to have called it home for a couple weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stays if you are on budget. LRT station of Sultan Ismail is located just beside it with all other public transportation within walking distance and super friendly staff.Highly recommended ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ here very quiet (noise of motorbikes and cars), near LRT sultan Ismail walk in 2 minute. 7-11 and KK store walk in around 10 minute. walk in 7 minute got Restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to stay in the centre. It is very central located, the lrt Station is literally right next to it (50m walking distance), the Staff is very friendly and helpful, the WIFI is quite fast. The rooms are although a little bit oldschool but everything is quite clean. The room rates are a bargain for what the rooms have to offer. The Parking is a bit of a hassle especially on weekdays because there's a school in the same road.

Disadvantage
¶ According to the staff(a family member), they provided laundry services in the past, but now they do not.
The staff explained that the guest should take the garbage from the room and put it in the large garbage collection box outside.
¶ Some rooms have air fresheners to dilute the odors from the drains.
¶ No soundproofing
In addition to the chattering noises of other room guests, noises such as dogs, chickens, trains(LRT), trucks and motorcycles interfere with the guest's sleep.
Earplugs don't work.
¶ There are mosquitoes because of the surrounding bushes.
¶ The bed is old and the length is short.
Advantages
¶ Close to the station(LRT).
¶ Market is a 20-30 minute walk (one way).
