when ur application is unsuccess, u will saw a ugly agent that forgot help u submit cancellation form
when u decided to submit cancellation form by ur own, u will saw ugly developer that delay to refund ur booking fees...
email no reply, call PIC sick, MC, on leave, If no on leave then bosses not in... after 1 month finally received cheque with date far a way (almost 1 Month) from the day u received cheque. They said they only can provide future cheque.
avoid Agent with Phone number XXXXXXX2927 he will act nothing after ur booking is unsuccessful.
