★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the area. It is quite and many amenities nearby which is convenient. The management is pretty strict and responsive, making the area safe for the resident even for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the land area that allows me to have a walk and jog. The pocket gardens are great for a walk at night too. Facilities are good but not great to be fair. The building is new and the management is trying their best to maintain the place. Doing a fairly good job. Security guards are not perfect but improving. Neighbours love to complain but isn’t this the same every where? Lol... Overall, I still love this place. Nice and peaceful for own stay ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless, slow and lazy management, horrible security. Security team had to be replaced because one of them was caught taking pics of women in their units w their windows open and shared it w their supervisor. No privacy as the building is poorly designed. Peeping toms could see u taking a shower from the above corridor in some units. And please take account of the culture here, its Shah Alam.. Moving out asap
Edit: Already informed the ceo of security company, he came over got them removed and he told us not to make police report cause obviously the workers have no permit working there lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management ??.. did not replied message and also get a rude replied if we ask anything. For the parking payment already paid 3 months payment to agent and they said we haven't made a payment and management team support to agent. Cockroach everywhere plus pets surrounding parking area (hygiene issues)??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but when it rains it becomes almost impossible to drive or go out! Plus no privacy in the kitchen area your neighbours can see you while cooking or in kitchen. House full of cockroaches not clean people are living there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly security team and really great management. Always responsive and quick to notify building owners of unforseen happenings around the apartment. (ie. the flood - management even extended aid to the affected victims and also allowed cars to be parked on higher floors to mitigate the issues) Kudos!
Very thankful that lift is never broken and Block B are filled with families which is very comforting.
